Equipment Booking
ONE INVOICE = ONE EQUIPMENT HIRE REQUEST   

MULTIPLE JOBS ON ONE EQUIPMENT HIRE REQUEST FORM IS ALLOWABLE – SUBJECT TO

 
1) CONTINUOUS OPERATIONS
2) REQUEST NOT TO EXCEED ONE HOUR (ESTIMATED) WORK

On this basis, equipment hire should be on a time basis. Must however be Agent specific – no sub-letting is allowable. 

If there are multiple jobs to be undertaken i.e. supply boat 'a' discharge and load, followed by supply boat 'b' discharge and load plus re-organisation, shifting in agents' bay – then – so long as the operation is continuous, this is allowable. (substitution of supply vessels is allowable, addition is not.)
 
Labour when not in use to connect/disconnect lifts from/to crane are available for other labour jobs (e.g. making up/breaking down 'nets' )

The timing of start and finish of 'job' shall be agreed by the agent and signed on the working copy of the tally sheet. Documentation office will furnish agent with photocopy of this signed 'working' tally sheet. The signing of the job sheet signifies 'END OF JOB" further work requires new job sheet.

Job sheet equipment hire requests should not exceed one hour (envisioned) extension/further period – if requested – will of course be permitted – subject to availability and workload.
